The Villa Zarri Italian Brandy was born after a long and scrupulous practical experimentation accompanied by careful scientific research aimed at obtaining the best aged Italian wine distillate.

According to our experience, the most suitable wine to transform into the best aging spirits is Trebbiano Romagnolo, produced with grapes from the homonymous vineyards cultivated in Romagna.

This process is very slow, it is carried out in two distinct phases and allows to obtain the best possible concentration of the noblest and most pleasant aromas and flavors of the wine; by eliminating the negative and unwanted parts of the distillate, the so-called heads and things, it allows to obtain the noble part of the distillate, the heart at best those negative and therefore unwanted parts of the distillate, the so-called heads and tails. The brandy that comes out of the still is colorless and has an alcohol content of about 72%.
